Enhanced Coagulation & Clarification for Rail & Industrial Facilities
-
Formula 4165
Formula 4165 is a highly concentrated liquid, inorganic and organic cationic polymer blend that acts as an enhanced aluminum coagulant for water and wastewater clarification, that effectively coagulates fine colloidal turbidity and removes high color. It is chlorine resistant, effective over a broad pH range, and generally does not require additional alkalinity control chemicals. Formula 4165 has been certified to conform within the requirements of ANS/NSF Standard 60 for use in the clarification of potable water at dosages up to 200 mg/l.

Formula 4245
Formula 4245 is a highly concentrated liquid, inorganic and organic cationic polymer blend that acts as an enhanced aluminum coagulant for water and wastewater clarification, that effectively coagulates fine colloidal turbidity and removes high color. It is chlorine resistant, effective over a broad pH range, and generally does not require additional alkalinity control chemicals. Formula 4245 has been certified to conform within the requirements of ANS/NSF Standard 60 for use in the clarification of potable water at dosages up to 100 mg/l.

Formula 4809
Formula 4809 is a medium charge; high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide flocculant supplied as a low viscosity emulsion. It can be used for settling, thickening, and dewatering in water treatment, waste treatment, and in mineral processing. Formula 4809 is effective in solutions with a pH ranging from 4-12, and can be used alone in conjunction with alum or ferric salts, polyaluminum chloride, polyamines and polyDADMACs. The Viscosity of Formula 4809 in a 1% solution is 720cps.
Optimized for Regulatory Compliance
Temple Engineering's wastewater treatment products are formulated to help operators meet strict discharge regulations, reduce chemical oxygen demand (COD), and maintain permit compliance.
All products are tested and manufactured to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60 requirements.
Rapid coagulation and floc formation
Reduced sludge volumes
Improved effluent clarity and consistency
Performance in both municipal and industrial systems
Better Chemistry, Less Waste
By using advanced polymer blends and optimized charge densities, Temple Engineering wastewater treatments reduce the need for excess chemical dosing and post-treatment filtration. This helps lower operational costs, minimize sludge handling, and extend equipment life. With high-performance formulations that work across pH 4–12, you’ll get consistent results with fewer adjustments—freeing your team to focus on the bigger picture.
Wastewater Treatment FAQs
